The new head of the Office for Foreigners
On August 1 this year Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, at the request of Minister Elżbieta Witek, appointed Jaroslaw Szajner as the head of the Office for Foreigners.
Jarosław Szajner is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, majoring in administration. He also completed English philology, Master of Business Administration and the National School of Public Administration in Warsaw. In 2010, he was appointed a civil servant.
In addition, he completed post-graduate studies in management and marketing at the Lublin University of Technology, strategic research and analysis at the Warsaw School of Economics, post-graduate studies in social psychology, as well as doctoral studies in the field of economic sciences.
Jarosław Szajner from August 2017 served as the General Director of the Mazowieckie Voivodship Office in Warsaw, where he coordinated the work of the Foreigners' Affairs Department.
